Seeking a room to rent in W. LA near Cedars Sinai

I’m looking for a furnished room to rent for my new job. I’d prefer a clean (no pets), quiet, safe, and non-smoking environment (no smoking outside either). My new job starts on Oct 11 but I could move in on Oct 12 since my first day on the job will be virtual. I would prefer my own private bathroom but I’m willing to share bathroom with a clean roommate. I also need a place with easy parking so that I’m not searching high and low for a space after a long days work. I’d prefer utilities to be included since I will be using the rental mainly for showering and sleeping, with occasional light cooking, Mon-Fri. I’d expect my roommate(s) to be non-smokers, respectful, professional, clean, and quiet since my job will be demanding and I need my sleep (I’m a light sleeper unfortunately). I have no preference when it comes to age/sex of my roommate(s) as long as they fit the criteria above.
