Seeking a clean and safe space!

Hello!

I'm a 33 y/o administrative professional seeking a safe, room located near Hudson Yards or the West side area.

I work a hybrid schedule and am in the office 4-5 days a week. My budget is up to $1850.

I like to keep the common areas clean and clutter free. Hoping to find a space with someone who has similar preferences. I'm open to contributing to cleaning, laundry, ect in exchange for reduced rent.

Outside of work, I do bridal makeup on weekends and spend time with friends and family. I’m quiet, responsible, and a non-smoker. I don’t drink or party and rarely have guests over. I mostly keep to myself and prefer a peaceful home environment.
