Quiet, clean working professional

🦋Quiet, clean, working, considerate, sober, Christian female, okay with any "age" stage as long as maturity of household is trustworthy; short or long term. Affable, transparent communication. My certified, registered, fully trained service dog is not a pet.🐕‍🦺 She is a fully trained, service canine, specifically for me, for respiratory or heart alerts; I also have some hearing loss. I'm friendly, keep mostly to myself; I enjoy, need my 'quiet' or unplugged time, lol, because of high focus at work; I work remotely. I need strong, hi speed internet/wifi for computer, office, etc., willing to pay a little extra for an upgrade, to your internet provider if necessary. I have my own equip/system, contained, very simple. I will share a home, kitchen, common areas, if I'm not in my office, working, which is 4 to 5 days a week. I don't have a lot of spare time, not looking for a new bestie situation, which some people on here are, I understand, but not me. Roommate, business relationship, dependable friendship. I cook once in a while. If I do, I clean up very well after myself. I cannot cook w/ a dirty rangetop, oven, microwave (yuck!) etc., nor will I leave it that way, lol. 😏 Need fridge space, pantry space for healthy, yummy stuff (sorry not a vegan).🙂 I have Asthma, COPD, hearing loss, but I manage well. That's why I work from home for health reasons and safety. I do not go out often, maybe with girlfriends, or Tuesday singing rehearsal, and Fridays for an outreach group I support. Occasionally I may come home from family or friend things no later than 11pm. I'm considerate of others' schedules, and 'sleep time.' I do not smoke, vape nor do any other substances or alcohol, but do not mind if others do, not in excess. I'm considerate, respectful and reasonably expect the same! 😊 I take seriously our mutual agreements. I've owned homes/rented out rooms before so I understand, I get it. I, and I think we all, just want to get along! I just want to be a reliable, peaceful roommate with the same. 😊👍 I look forward to hearing from you! Thank you!🦋💐💖
