Quiet, clean working professional

🦋Quiet, clean, considerate, sober, semi retired Christian female, work well with any "age" stage as long as maturity of household is trustworthy; short or long term. Affable, transparent.

My certified, registered, trained service dog is not a pet.🐕‍🦺 Fully trained, service canine, specifically for me, for respiratory or heart alerts; I of course clean up after her, sweep the areas she's been in, and always have her with me, health reasons. We stay updated, very well, ADA standards. Again, as much as I love and appreciate her, she is not a pet, she is my service dog. I'm grateful for all resources and especially that one. She keeps me safe.

Have some manageable hearing loss, getting fit soon for hearing aids. I'm friendly, caring, keep mostly to myself.

I havent tutored in the past weeks as much as I usually do, but this Summer I will do Summer tutoring, plus other assignments. I meet with my students online or at the closest library. I need strong, hi speed internet/wifi for my computer, basic system.

I'll be considerate when I share a kitchen, common areas, if I'm not working in my office, which is 3-4 days a wk. I'm quiet, keep to myself.

Btw, I don't discuss politics or "religion." (I have a relationship with God and a strong faith.) I understand and respect some are passionate in their political views, etc. I find it's healthier to not get into it. I will be a good Roommate, business relationship, dependable friendship, just fyi.🙂

I'm semi-retired, thank God! Lol. On stable Social Security 🙂 I have Asthma, COPD, hearing loss, I've never smoked or vaped. I usually work from home mainly for health reasons and safety.

I work very hard at everything I do and I'm very reliable. But actions speak louder than words. I understand that expectations in sharing spaces need to be respectful on both sides. Communication is good!🙂✨

I do not go out often, maybe with girlfriends, sometimes Fridays for an outreach group I support. I'm considerate of others' schedules, and 'sleep time.' I do not smoke, vape nor do any other substances or alcohol, but do not mind if others do, not in excess.

I'm considerate, respectful and reasonably expect the same! 😊 I take seriously our mutual agreements. I've owned homes/rented out rooms before so I understand, I get it. I, and I think we all, just want to get along. I just want to be a reliable, peaceful roommate with the same. 😊👍 I look forward to hearing from you! Thank you!🦋💐💖
