From Cleveland, but moved to Denver back in October in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. Our landlord sold our place, and my current roommate wants to do her own thing once our lease is up. We’re still great friends and awesome roommates, just her preference atm. That being said, I’ve lived with guys and girls, but prefer girl roommates; just cleaner all-around on average. I travel about 40-60% of the time for work, but work from home the rest of the time. I have fantastic boundaries and respect your’s as well.
