Clean, respectful, mindful, private, & peaceful

Hello 👋
I’m looking for a place to rent in the Green Valley / Henderson area (as close to sunset/Stephanie as possible) for about 5–7 months while I save for a car before getting my own place.

I work full-time and I’m also a full-time online student, so I’m pretty focused and keep to myself. I prefer a quiet, respectful environment and don’t really hang out much since I have a lot I’m working toward 🙂 Looking to move mid to late April (around the 17th). My budget is $600–$700.

I don’t go clubbing, don’t bring guests (aside from occasional rides for things like hiking), and I’m usually just in my room doing my own thing lol.
I’m simply looking for a safe, reasonably quiet place where I can focus on work and school while I continue building back up financially after a series of surgeries. No special requirements.
