Female Professional Seeking Spacious Modern Room

Hi, I’m Katelyn. Born and raised in NYC. I work as an Operations Manager in Manhattan so I’m seeking a place that’s relatively close to my job. I am out most of the day during the week. On my days off I like to unwind by going swimming, museum hopping, or staying in with a good movie and a nice home cooked meal.

I’m looking for roommates that are clean, tidy, communicative, considerate and easygoing to share a nice cozy home with. Prefer to live with only 1 other person; someone who is okay with us living separate lives and not needing to be best friends or spend time together outside of the apartment.

May 1st is my preferred move-in date. I’m also flexible with later dates. I’d like to sublease/lease for at least 6 months to a year, and open to extending.

I do have a pet corn snake. He is very sweet and docile. He would stay in a locked enclosure in my room so you would never need to interact with him. I’ve been keeping reptiles/exotic animals for 5 years and consider myself an experienced keeper.
