Looking for a place by July

My name is Brandon. I’m 25 and currently working at a local pharmacy in Encino generally between 3:30-10 (sometimes earlier if needed), delivering medicine to the local elderly, as well as general pharmacy tasks (been there the last 4 years). Around the time Covid started, my grandpa suddenly passed and I decided to move down to Buena Park to take care of my grandma as she was alone and needed support (rough 40 mile commute to and from work 5 days a week). The last few weeks I was made aware that the house is being sold to move her into a facility for more care, leaving me with very short notice to try and find a new home by early to mid July (preferably back in the valley near my work). He’s an older chonker, and honestly acts more like a dog than a cat since he was raised with my dog and they were buds. He’s a big sweetheart and (he’s also half blind/fully deaf, so definitely not an outdoor cat)
