Looking for a home for my 10 lb service dog and me

I was an apartment manager of 100 units and up I also rented rooms in my homes that I owned. I also rented my home in in West Hills so I'm very aware of how it all works. I'm extremely clean considerate private quiet helpful and logical. I absolutely love to laugh and good conversation and im easy to get along with and do my best to make everybody happy.
I am however with a disability and have the need for a service dog thankfully very small but she has saved my life and we are training another as she is getting up there in age, and he just happens to love licking feet, anyone's feet and dirty is fine with him lol! I'm just saying it's a nice treat at the end of the day lol!
So it would be nice to have a place where there's the ability to go outside and feel safe and have some time in the Sun and shade. I would need to have use of the kitchen as I do like to cook but don't mind eating in my room if privacy is an issue, I would prefer my own bath but am flexible there but definitely need my own room. I'm also an ex movie producer and director and stunt woman who also used to do some modeling and acting and I was a photographer with two studios and a makeup artist as well and I'm thinking of going back to work in some form in the industry and doing some consulting for others as well. although I am retired and get a monthly check from social security so although my income is not high right now but it is steady and I also have a Rife machine that's worth quite a lot of money and heals everything that I look forward to using as it has saved my life twice already and a friends as well and of course you would be able to benefit from that as well if you wanted to.

I just got back a Friend RV'd me out here and I'm trying to get my life back together. I'm excited to be home again as I'm a native Californian and get back out there and make new friends and have a life again.
