Looking for a temporary place to call home

I’d like to find a room to rent for me and my cat. My cat and I are clean and tidy. He stays in my room except to go outside. I’m a simple person. I tend to keep to myself unless approached and then I’m happy to engage. I don’t often have guests but if I did I would be respectful about it. I’d like to live with kind respectful people. That’s all I care about. You should expect from me timely rent, a willingness to help out and above all respect.
