Responsible Couple Looking For Room To Rent ⛱️

My name is Christina Clayton & my husband is Christopher Clayton. We are looking for a furnished room to rent with a private bathroom, but under the right circumstances we would be willing to share a bathroom. We are a middle-aged couple who have been happily married for the past 24 years. We have no children or relatives, so we lead a very private & quiet life. We can provide proof of income, excellent references & can pass any background check as neither of us have any criminal background. We would like to pay rent on a weekly basis, but would be willing to pay on a monthly basis. Additionally, we would be willing to rent on a month to month basis or sign a lease for up to 6 to 12 months. We currently rent a room in a guesthouse located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, but are looking for something with a bit more privacy. Our current landlord would be more than happy to give us an excellent recommendation. We would like to move by this coming Monday, April 29th as we pay rent by the week here, but we are flexible if that date is too soon.
