Writer Looking for Uncomplicated Living Space

Hi, I'm a published, produced (screenplays, theatre) writer. I also edit and ghostwrite projects from time to time. I have a remarkably interesting and friendly dog named Heart who is about to become the co-star of a series of children's books. My nephew is about to (finally) going to get to attend USC in person instead of online, and I'd like to be around so he's got some family in town.. I've lived in most areas of the country, including Southern and Northern California. I've got good friends in San Diego, Manhattan Beach, Calabasas, Eagle Rock, Los Feliz, and other spots around Los Angeles. I'm pretty unobtrusive but not antisocial. (I'm just usually writing a lot.) Don't cook much. I Like to go out to see bands (Eels, X, GBV, mostly guitar-based stuff, but I'll go see anyone interesting). If you’d like to, we could start a band.
