24 y/o kind, respectful, and considerate female

My name is Lynna but I prefer to go by Luna. I am 24 years old, female. I am respectful and communicative. I keep shared spaces clean even if my own private space can be messy sometimes. I am also introverted so I usually keep to myself but I am very loving and friendly!

I currently work for the with children in Hawaiian Gardens and I love them!

I am also currently doing remote/online schooling to complete two Associate’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology.

My work schedule is currently 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM on weekdays and my school schedule is flexible since everything is asynchronous online. 

I am currently looking to move out of my parent’s home in Lakewood. I also currently make about $2000 per month after taxes. 
My budget is $700 per month.

I am respectful and considerate and I am always available for healthy and respectful communication if any issues or disagreements were to arise. I detest arguing and aggressive behaviors. I am a fairly clean person and if I am messy it is always confined to my own living space. 

My hobbies include listening to music (when concerts are back safely I am going to be so happy-- I miss live music so much), reading, I currently tend an aquarium, and I have some plants (so I am very interested in the room with the patio!), and I enjoy taking trips out into nature!

While I will be moving in as a single occupant, I would like the freedom to have my partner overnight frequently and friends + family over occasionally

Even if I have pet peeves I avoid being passive-aggressive and hate confrontation so I would always be respectful when bringing up something that bothers me. :) I also will clean up after others without being asked to if it particularly bothers me and I don't mind doing others' dishes once in a while. I can keep to a discussed and agreed upon cleaning schedule as well. 

My current credit score is 739!
