Originally from Houston, TX I moved to Los Angeles, California for a fresh start, more opportunities, and the ladies! The southern hospitality stereotype is real. I'm highly respectful, integral, courteous, etc. and California couldn't take my kind spiritedness away. I'm aware the trends suggest to move out of California but the reason I decided to stay is because honestly the culture here has built my character.

Your landlord and/or roommates are critical so let me explain why I prefer to live (and work) with women... Balance! Society wants to make us believe men and women can't be friends/co-workers/roommates but in my experience men have been more unpredictable while women are self-contained and par for the course.
