Easy to get along with 65yo male professional with very little credit/loan debt and a very good overall credit rating. Civilian part-time employee of the US Naval Academy (over three years), six month part-time employee of Walgreens near the academy, early retiree receiving Social Security benefits. Neat, clean, well-organized, always willing to help out as needed. I have no pets, but it's fine if others do. Sharing a bathroom is no problem. Any mix of ages, genders and personal preferences is fine.

Moving date of November 1 at the latest is needed - would prefer sooner if it can be worked out. Willing to put down a full security deposit immediately to secure any date.
