Married Couple & Dog Looking For Room :)

Hi! We're Ivanna (26), Magnus (30) & Merle (3 year old Beagle/Lab mix, medium size - approx. 35lbs, house trained, fixed) & we're just looking for something simple that can give us a stable & secure place to live with friendly no-drama people. I'm originally from NYC and my husband is originally from Sweden & we've been traveling a little bit around the south and have decided to land here in Texas to get a change of pace. We both work on day trading and investing on a small scale so we do work from home but also have responsibilities outside of home minimum 3x a week. We keep to ourselves & are pretty low key. We are tidy people & would always make sure to clean up after ourselves & our dog. If the room is a perfect fit for us we may be willing to pay more than what our ad states!
