Greetings,
My name is Mark Jepsen. I am a 60 year old television and video director who has been living in Tahoe Truckee for the last 21 years. I am relocating back to SoCal where I started in the television business and I'm looking for a place in San Diego. I would love to chat over the phone to see if we get along personally, which I'm sure we will, and find out if I can stop by to check out your home. I've lived in Hollywood, Playa Del Rey, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach... got Married and moved to Rancho Palos Verdes. After my four kids were all born in LA we moved to Tahoe after 9/11 occurred. Now my nest is empty and my Mountain Snow-Raised kids have migrated to San Diego so I am looking in SD to get settled back in So-Cal. My work in Television has enabled me to travel the world and although Traveling is Fantastic I want to relax close to the ocean and be close to Family... Son Jordan in Clairemont and Oldest Daughter Teddi in La Mesa. If you've seen my SpareRoom Ad it explains my last forty years.
