30 year old woman looking for room

I am a 30 year old social worker looking for a room in an apartment. I am quiet, but enjoy socializing with roommates and having a friendly relationship. I am relatively clean but not exceptionally so. I don’t party, don’t drink or smoke so I would like an environment where there is no partying or drug use/excessive alcohol use. I don’t have any pets, but would love to live with a cat.

We might be a good fit if:

You value open communication, with no hostility (yelling, interrupting, blaming, assuming someone else is in the wrong, ignoring, or passive aggression).

You have a relatively clean space—some clutter and mess is okay—filth/dirty etc is a hard no.

Are okay with having guests/ significant others over about 2 times a week after work or on the weekend.

You have cats that are well behaved and taken care of (I would prefer not to live with dogs unless they are small).

Work from home or in office is okay with me—I am in person 5 days a week.

We might not be a good fit if:

You need your apartment to be a particular way or things to be spotless, or need someone to be out of the house frequently.

Enter conversations looking to argue and assign blame instead of problem solve or conflict resolution.

Do not answer texts about important things and communicate in a timely manner.

Like to drink/smoke/party have guests over a lot to do this.
