Creative & Down to Earth Roomie

Heyyy, my name is Courtney. I am 30 years young and looking for a room to stay in for at least a year if not more. I have a full time retail job in the flat iron district so I work Monday-Friday 8-5. I am looking to live with people who are clean, have a job and are overall nice people, I like to keep to myself a lot I’m very much a introvert now a days. I do have a dog, he is a Shorkie (shitzu & yorkie) and he’s 9. He’s still a puppy at heart and doesn’t bark unless he’s hungry or you take his toy away. Definitely house broken since he was 2. I also have two side businesses, one being photography and the other is a cosmetics business. So even when I am off I’m either out doing photos or I’m staying in my room working on my business.
