Looking for a large room where I can quietly live

I prefer having my own bathroom, full kitchen privileges, and access to laundry. If there is extra storage in a garage or anywhere that would be great as well. I am looking to stay in northern orange county north of the 22 and preferably east of beach blvd. I mostly keep to myself in my room and I am not a drinker, smoker, or party goer. Ideally I would live with another guy who is a professional and is reliable. I am not opposed to doing things like hanging out every once in awhile, but I would be in my room most of the time. I work in the day mon-fri. I am a Christian, and living with other Christians would be nice but not necessary.
