Looking for Home

I am looking for a room in a house with a yard, preferably month to month but open to signing a lease.

What you'd get in a tenant/roommate:
- Quiet and respectful, good communicator who seeks to make home comfortable for everyone
- Clean and like to organize spaces
- Mature and responsible, but can have a friendly relationship with roommates
- Drug free, drinking in moderation, not a smoker
- Pretty decent cook that's willing to share meals and cook for the household
- Clean background (I'm a social worker, kind of have to be), perfect credit history, and a stable full-time job (that I won't lose despite COVID-19)
- I have an ESA that is very well mannered to a degree that people have been surprised by
-In the words of my old neighbor I'm "one of those residents in shared housing who you're going to miss when they leave"

What I'm looking for:
- Up to $1150 (with utilities)
- Safe, drug-free home
- Reasonably quiet (I currently work from home as a social worker and conduct Zoom meetings regularly)
- Will accept an ESA dog but does not have another dog
- south King County, east side, or even Pierce County. Just not Seattle.
