Looking for small room for long-term

HI,

I am a technology professional and jazz keyboardist. I am looking for a small room in an area not too far from Manhattan, where I get most of my work. I am a non-smoker and can get along with almost anybody.

I don't cook much.. I work part-time from home, part-time outside.

I have a bike and would need some place safe to put it.

I have references and a government guaranteed income that by itself is enough to pay the rent.

I don't smoke but it doesn't bother me if someone else does unless the smoke is thick!

I like animals.

For a couple years I was staying outside NYC and would come in for work and stay at Airbnb's. I have very good reviews if you want to check my profile at Airbnb. Just let me know.
