I am clean, friendly, responsible, and easy-going.

I work for a startup in the South Bay. We will be working at home for at least the next few months, I may then be commuting a few days a week. I don't get a bay area tech salary but I do get enough to pay the rent comfortably.

I am recently separated, which is why I am looking. I have tried the South Bay and would much prefer living in San Francisco. I have shared homes before, the people you are sharing with are the most important thing.
