I will rarely be seen. Just need a place to sleep, shower, and keep my clothes. This is not a place where I will be hanging out and will most likely be out for a couple days at a time during my stay. I will most likely need the room for about 6 months. I am very clean and expect the same from the roommate. I am recently divorced and will be mostly working so that I may find more suitable accommodations for me and my children. I will bring my own mattress and if needed a dresser or some kind of place to put my clothes. No need for a TV or anything else.
