Kind, clean and organized male looking for a room

I am a professional male aged 61 looking for a long term room or casitas for rent. I am available to move in on 9/1/2026 and have a budget of $900.00 per month. I am currently living in a short term residency here in Henderson, NV. I am open to rent with either a male or female ideally between 40 and 65 years old. I am not interested in renting a room with several other renters. I would prefer a good size room with my own bathroom while having kitchen and living room privileges. I have not obtained a job yet but I am aggressively looking. I possess more than enough money in my savings account to afford 2 years worth of rent right now. I am extremely easy to talk to and I am respectful to all people.
