Professional male in need of master bedroom

Thanks for reading my ad. My name is Rick, If you are looking for a good tenant or renter that is me. I am a professional male with a steady job and good credit score (750's). I always pay the rent on time. I am respectful, responsible and very low key. I always clean after myself and I like a clean and quiet environment too. I don't like drama. I don't party, I don't smoke. I don't drink. I don't do any type of drugs, not even pot and I ask for the same. I'd prefer to live in a household with senior adults the fewer the better to avoid drama with other roommates. I currently live in a master bedroom with private entrance, access to the laundry room and the parking spot. I am looking for a similar setting.
A little bit more about me: I enjoy working out at the gym, visiting museums, going to the movies as well as watching Netflix series.
I need to move because my current landlord is selling her house and moving to Sacramento.
I am looking for:

*A room with private bathroom in a very clean and quiet house

*Reliable HIGH SPEED internet service at least 500 Mbps (my own Ethernet cable connected to your modem or router) because I am currently working from home since the pandemic and my job is over the phone (I work M-F from 8:00 to 5:00 pm and one Saturday every 2 weeks from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm).

* Access to the kitchen, fridge, freezer and pantries.
* Off street parking,
* Central A/C and heat
*Washer and dryer in the unit.
