I am a phd student/teacher, and my daughter is in first grade. i am looking for a room with a private bathroom. my daughter would be staying with her mom on the weekends, the weekdays we are both in school, and evenings consists of homework, dinner, shower, etc.
I consider myself very organized and considerate when it comes to keeping the apartment clean. for any free time i enjoy reading, biking, or playing basketball.. my daughter is very kind, she loves to dance, sing and play w her dolls
