Professional Couple Seeking House Share

Hello,

We are a younger couple (30s). She is a professional (legal industry) and he is a student. We are laid back, quiet and very clean. (Jen actually cleans for fun!) We both love to garden, so if you have landscaping or snow removal to do, we'd be happy to take care of it.

We are looking for a place, ideally in the Western Suburbs as Jen would like to be close to her 6 year old who visits on weekends. He is a very, quiet, sensitive kid and we'd mostly be out doing activities on weekends, only returning to sleep.

We telework currently due to COVID, but have a normal daily schedule, (i. e. we're silent after 9PM.) and don't do antisocial things like blast music or host parties. In fact, we are quiet and work so much that you will most likely not even know we are home most of the time.

He is a smoker but smokes exclusively outside. We are finishing up saving our down payment for a condo, and so don't plan on this being a long-term arrangement, but if things work out well maybe it could be.

We like pets but don't have one of our own. We also love children and are expecting a baby in February. We really would just like to split expenses with someone for the short term to maximize our savings. We can provide references and have renter's insurance.
