I?m looking for a place I can share that is clean and quiet. I have a female Cocker Spaniel and I share 50/50 custody of my boy/girl twins. They are 12. So definitely kid friendly. If two rooms are for rent for my price, even better. I can live with a tobacco smoker as long as it is always done outside. But of course a non tobacco smoker is preferred. I?m clean, quiet and respectful and would want the same. I?m chill, I don?t judge and want the same.
