I am looking for a place closer to NYC so my commute time and cost lessens. I feel like reasonable accommodations would be a kitchen and a bathroom. A future roommate should know I do like to have friends over every once in a while. Under "normal" times I would go out and grab drinks maybe 3 times a week or so. I don't mind much what my roommate does, seems to depend on the situation.
