Seeking Roommate To Lease A New Apt Or Home With!

Looking for a couple, female identifying person, or queer male identifying person to rent a 2 BR apartment with me in LB East Village area. My budget is $750-$850. I am open to sharing a bathroom with one person. If your budget is higher than mine, you are obviously free to take the master bedroom and/or parking spot.
ABOUT ME: I have good credit, am very responsible, and respectful especially among common spaces. I work full time and spend my free time reading, watching tv, roller skating, and trying to make a difference in the world. I am an activist for social justice issues, love music and art. I don't smoke, and I rarely drink, but I don't care what my roommate does as long as you make rent, are respectful, communicative, and are not putting my life in danger.. We good!!
