Room Or House Expectations

Im looking for a long term room big enough for my boyfriend and myself. We both are working people as he works for himself and i work retail and have a candle business i work on from home on my off days. I expect my roommates to be cool, sociable (not always b/c we very private) but at least cordial when in common area. Nice bathroom and kitchen is a plus because i love to cook big meals for the house. You can expect us to be in our room most of the time. You can also expect me to be in the kitchen as well as i love to cook and feed people. Hope to find the prefect match ??
