Dominican student searching for apartment

Need a private room for myself, don?t have a preference for female/male roommate. I?m clean, responsible, friendly, considerate, and respectful. I also like to invite some friends over so I?m looking for a roommate who doesn?t mind occasional overnight guests. I?m big on private space and I respect the need for alone time and will usually be in my own room and space to study as I am a full time student at DUC, but being good friends with my potential roommate is always a plus. I?m happy if we just respect one another and are cordial.
