Looking for a Dog and Cat-friendly Roommate

I’m looking to share a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment or house with 2-3 other people in their 20s/30s in Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Valley Village, North Hollywood, Encino, or Tarzana. Ideally, I’d like to buddy up to find a new place of our own. I have a small dog (8 lbs) named Obi who is very friendly with people and small dogs and a cat named Indy who is friendly with people and dogs (and possibly other cats, but she hasn’t been around any since I adopted her). I work as a private tutor as my main income and work as an actor as well. This means that I’m home quite a bit even when we’re not in quarantine. I have enough furniture to furnish living spaces if need be. I’m looking for people who are friendly, not big partiers, and are considerate/clean up after themselves.
