Gay White Male Seeks Room to Rent

I am a 40 year old openly gay white male (botTom) who is looking for a room to rent. I'm open to living anywhere in the Bay Area so long as it's on the bus line or within walking distance to BART. I am quiet, clean, mature, respectful, laid back, easy going, social, friendly, open-minded, intellectual, non-judgemental, truthful, and responsible. I am drama free. I keep a low profile. I would like to rent a room that allows over night guests. A furnished room would be nice, but unfurnished is ok. A private bathroom would be nice, but I don't mind sharing. I am pet friendly. I am a dog lover. I don't mind cats or dogs. I will not be bringing any pets. I am a former Registered Nurse who is currently on permanent disability (fixed income) and I receive a monthly check, therefore, rent will definitely be paid on time each month. As far as my disability, I suffer from chronic nerve pain and slight weakness in my arms and hands, otherwise I am able bodied. I enjoy reading, journaling, singing karaoke, writing songs/poetry, walking trails, interior decorating, watching movies (documentaries, live concerts/shows, musicals, horror, drama, romance, comedies that aren't stupid lol), traveling, visting antique stores and home decor stores, going to the beach, going to bars and singing karaoke, etc. I am very spiritual and am into all things spiritual and new age. I am a social drinker. I don't over do it. My only vice is that I am a crystal meth user. I don't smoke it. I slam it. I like to parTy and play on occasion on the weekends. I am respectful about this and would keep such activities confined to my room. I'm looking for a roommate that wouldn't mind this type of activity. I'd rather be up front and honest about it. I own up to my stuff. I'm proud of that. Please let me know if you are interested or have a room available. I am looking to move ASAP. I'll be available to move as soon as next week.
