Looking for a great private room + private bath

Hey there! I’m a professional European-American lady who’s lived here for many years.
Ideally, I'm looking for a fully private room and a fully private bathroom (ideally, ensuite) somewhere close to the beach.
Anywhere in mid beach, all the way to bay harbor islands and north bay village or north beach is cool.
Background check, income proof, good references, etc aren’t a problem. I have no kids or pets. Don't mind cute quiet clean pets and love animals.
Solid roommate here.
Would love to live with just one person preferably, two people max. Ideally, someone who works full-time outside and/or is out and about quite a lot.
No party animals, rowdy, or overly social people please, my place is my sanctuary, I need my peace and I will respect yours too...
I don't smoke, don't do any drugs, and barely drink, and hope the same goes for you. Smoking outside only is ok.
Need someone QUIET, respectful, easygoing, kind, chill, friendly, reasonably clean, professional, responsible, reliable, and that's what I am too.
I'd like to stay month to month but for a long time, I need something steady and I am not a job hopper or a place hopper...
