Architect Seeks Room
My name's Paul Seletsky
and I'm interested in renting a room/apartment. I'm a 65 year old male, registered architect, writer and photographer; I'm a non-smoker who is young at heart and very considerate of my neighbors; I'm fully employed at an architecture firm in midtown Manhattan. One caveat: my little dog, Travelr. He's a small 14lb. service dog, 7 yrs old, does not shed, rescue mini-poodle/Havanese. He'll stay in my room all day and gets along with everyone. I truly hope you'll consider him as an exception to any no pet rule. I'm a New Yorker for over 50 years and am currently living in Harlem. I've lived all over NY. I'm able to provide any requested job, income or personal references. I'm flexible for a move-in date. Income: $65k
