I am a professional male aged 38 looking for a room. I am available to move as early as 07/01/2026 but can wait longer if needed. I have a budget of 1100/month. I like to keep clean and tidy. I like to keep busy and in my free time, I enjoy a book or a movie. I have been living in NYC for 10 years now. I work as a restaurant Server but I am also a performing artist and I am part of a theater company in the city. I am very big on communication with roommates to avoid any drama.
