ISO Quiet, Clean Home

Hi there! I'm a medical massage therapist. I work a 3-9pm schedule 4 days a week in Manhattan and am either in my room or out in the city during off days.

I am very considerate, neat, and pay bills on time, ALWAYS. Bilingual, queer-friendly progressive, somewhere between extroverted & introverted. Very funny with extensive travel experience & stories. Will likely offer you baked goods I occasionally make, but not in the kitchen much otherwise. (I usually take salads to work.)

IMPORTANT: I am asthmatic BUT NOT ALLERGIC TO PETS!
A place without cigs/weed, incense,/perfumes, strong chemicals is needed--I clean with natural, unscented products. Smoke from frying (meat, bacon, fish, garlic, & onion) is also a big trigger. Hoping you cook very little of this or when I'm at work, and windows/vent!

Personally, I am easygoing & communicative, but I do have standards of living and expect adults to be able to clean up after themselves. That said, I can't can't live anywhere with roaches/mice, dirty dishes, and filth/hair in shower. No passive-aggressive, demanding, or OCD personalities.

If your heat is a loud or overheating radiator that does not adjust, it won't work. Also if I can CLEARLY hear dogs barking, construction, walking above me, talking, exercising, etc. it will drive me mad! lol So be upfront about noise.

COVID-19 NOTE. I am 3X vaccinated (Pfizer) and have NEVER gotten COVID and get tested days after I return from travel, or go out socially. I have been social distancing, using masks in public, and limiting my social interactions. I prefer roommates who are taking similar measures. So please tell me in your replies what precautions each of you are taking and how often guests come over.
