Clean, Considerate Nice Guy Seeks Unfurnished Room

I respect others' privacy. I can be social and hang out with roommates or keep to myself. Either way, I know how to be happy and how to be a positive and contribute.

I am a professional hybrid remotely./office worker. I get out and enjoy friends now that COVID is on the. wane.

I read and write. I laugh. Very unusually I cry because I don’t take things personally (see Don Luis’ “Four Agreements.”).

I am clean but no clean freak!. I'll often do the dishes, even if they aren't mine. I put things back. Don’t touch your food or stuff.. I take turns taking out trash, cleaning the bathroom, floors, etc. Things usually work out for me with roommates.

If you like, I sincerely ask about your day. If not, NP! I get it. Don’t like to talk in AM - I get it that too.

I need enough room for a queen sized futon and frame, a circular glass desk (like a small kitchen table), a lounge chair, a couple of small tables, few small modern chairs and a bookshelf (I do t need a lot of space, but I need some open space).
