A new place to call home

$900 is my goal. $950 is my Max with utilities. Looking for a large private bedroom, and bathroom in Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Newport, Fountain valley area. I work all the time and at all hours so I'm rarely home and then when I am home I pretty much keep to myself in my room. 2 each is own & I don't judge but I personally don't drink, nor do I act a fool with drugs. However I am extremely clean so it couldn't hurt to live with other clean individuals but it's not a must have. I'm very flexible, fun and easy going. I would like a place where a couple would be considered a couple nights a week or at least an over night guest. I don't party but I don't mind having an occasional get together. Last but not least please Don't let the number fool you. I am 40 but Im definitely not your typical aged 40 year old. I don't look my age so I try not to act it and I am an animal lov????????er.
