Respectful, Quiet, Wise Male needs place

Hello!
My name is John, I?m a fairly local person and I spend much time at Little Bay Park bike riding or walking. I know NYC/LI very well and will be working for Douglas Elliman on Bell Blvd soon. I recently took some time off to sell my home (long story, but it had to be).
I recently sold my home of 21 years thru Douglas Elliman and am looking for a situation like many of you are offering. I don?t need much and I?m not home too often except to sleep and relax.

Father of twin 11 year old girls who go to Catholic school in Malverne. I love spending every Sunday with them and sometimes a weekday here and there.
I?m quiet, neat, respectful, helpful, orderly.
I like to read (I do have lots of books) and write music. But don?t worry, I?m not loud.
I don?t smoke ANYTHING, if you do that?s up to you. I don?t use or take any drugs including prescription. I do enjoy an occasional German beer. Sometimes that?s plural.
I am very handy/useful around the house. I can repair or build almost anything. You break it, I?ll fix it.
I drive a small late model Subaru. It?s not uselessly loud like so many cars seem to be today.
