Seeking a furnished room and private bath. Prefer to be in a safe, quiet place both as a home and a neighborhood. I enjoy quiet pursuits but enjoy conversation and would like a shared living area with TV available. I am a clean person and will do the same in the rental and expect other occupants to be clean. Need access to Wi Fi and washer and dryer. Prefer off street parking. Need some pantry and refrigerator/freezer access.
I am not a party person and don't drink or smoke. Prefer easy going, quiet person who might want to join me on a walk or watch a movie together. Even though I like animals, I prefer cats but would like to be in a rental without animals. Would be happy to answer any other questions.
