Seeking Roommate to Buddy Up on Higher End Rental

Hi -- I'm looking for one person to join me in seeking a 3-4 bedroom rental, and to split the rent 50-50 (assuming we each have a similar amount of space). I can spend up to $2500/mo, and am looking for someone with good credit who can do the same. Starting in early October.

I'm a writer and video editor and work from home, and need a space separate from my bedroom to use as my office/studio. Looking for a like-minded professional who is quiet, non-smoking, and doesn't have a lot of visitors. Vegan/Vegetarian preferred.

I'm open to various locations, including valley towns like Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Encino, Sherman Oaks -- or the other side of the hill, from the Palisades and Santa Monica to Beverly Hills. The latter is preferable, but better deals are likely with the valley locations.

So if you're looking to live in a nice spacious house or large apartment/townhouse, on equal terms, I'd sure love to hear from you -- as teaming up is the only way to afford a higher end rental given the cost of living throughout the area.
