Looking for a new place w parking spot 32F

Hi, I am looking to move somewhere around New Haven. I currently live in New Haven and am working on a masters degree here. I am a considerate roommate looking for the same. I do cook, and I clean up after myself promptly and well. I time my laundry with a timer. I do have a lot of "stuff," so I need some storage. I have a treadmill, for example. I would prefer my own bathroom. I also have a car and don't want to deal with off-street parking.

Other than the basics, I am polite and quietly listen to youtube videos in my room in my downtime. I go out sometimes, but I am noise-conscious if it's late. I have a lot of responsibilities with research and TAing and classes. I have had had a roommate with multiple sensitivities in the past year+ and have navigated that without issue. If you have sensitivities, I can probably do just fine. Communication is a good thing. Also, I don't throw parties or anything like that.

I have furniture, so I need somewhere to put that. I also really need an onsite washer/dryer and would appreciate a dishwasher (although not required.)

I can get along with most people and don't have any prejudices that would be a problem (or that wouldn't be a problem, I guess?)
