I'm quiet natured until I get comfortable around my environment and the people I'm around. Then I'll open up.

Im LOOKING to rent an Unfurnished Room to Rent in a House, by the owner, downstairs, on a M to M basis. A 1-year lease with a 30-day written notice clause in the lease that allows me to move out before that one year, should that become necessary.
I'm looking for All Utilities including, WIFI, or at least water and electricity( although I am rath realtor's fees or any other hidden fees, preferably buy aer conservative on the usage of both) and NO Deposit, or maybe a small one, Depending on the rent, in the Bryan/CS area. Between July 1 and August 1st,

IF there are other roommates in the house, prefer they be LGBTQ+ Friendly, Clean Up After Themselves, and respect other people's stuff, as I do.
If anybody's got such a place that can be ready NO LATER Than August 1st or Before , MOVE-IN DATE, Please contact me ASAP so I can start making arrangements to come check the place out. If after I see it, we are in agreeance and we feel like we have a match, THEN I will make arrangements to move in within the timeline listed. Please, no realtors. If you really have something to offer then fine. But I don't want to pay a fee for realtor.
