Im LOOKING FOR a 1 Bed,1 BA Unfurnished Room to Rent in a House, on a M to M basis, With ALL UTILITIES INCLUDING, Wifi, and NO Deposit, are minimal, depending on the rent, in the Bryan/CS area. Between July and August..
IF there are other roommates in the house, prefer they atleast be gay Friendly, CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES, and respect other people's stuff, as I do.

If anybody's got such a place that can be ready by No Later Than August 1st, but sooner, mid July, Please contact me ASAP so I can start making arrangements to come check the place out.
