Easygoing runner/writer looking for relaxing space

My brother's wedding!!

I absolutely love my current perch, but my roommate just moved in with her boyfriend, and my girlfriend's visa just ended, forcing her to move back to Spain :-(

I'm very social, easygoing, and respectful, especially of my living space. I treat it with love, and tend to only use it for reading/writing (work as a coordinator in the entertainment industry), watching movies on my projector, and cooking (budding Martha Stewart over here). I buy into the fact that a good roommate is someone who knows when to listen when their flatmates need a friend, but also someone who know when to give space and distance. Even though we're sure to be friends, I'll respect any boundaries you may have, and know when to keep to myself. Additionally, I'm really neat, so there won't be any fights about dirty dishes or any of those sorts of things.
