Part Time Roommate Willing To Pay Full Time Rent!

Hi there - I?m Adam. I?m looking for a room - large or small to use 8-10 nights per month. I only intend on keeping some clothes at the apt and toiletries so I don?t have to fly back and forth with them. I have a business in Manhattan but I moved recently to NC. It?s rare that I am here on a weekend.

I like to travel, socialize, meet new people, eat healthy, stay fit (or try). I feel like I?m easy to live with, do my part, am super conscious of others needs, and try to be a kind and compassionate human. I don?t smoke, no pets - I?m allergic so it?s impossible for me to be around cats and dogs - somewhat unfortunate. I drink socially.
