Professional Male seeks a room

I am a hospitality professional male aged 52 looking for a room. I am available to move in whenever possible have a budget of $1300 per month no more but obviously, less would be ideal. I would like to share with males or females at least 26 of age. Though an apartment would be ideal but it would not be financially practical, considering I work so much. I owned a house in Jamaica Estates for 13 years. When people ask me where do I live? I would always reply, "I live in Manhattan, but I sleep in Queens. I sold my house before my move to Boulder, Colorado. I can say more, but that should be for another time. I moved back to be a caregiver for my mother who was suffering from Alzheimer’s and when I moved, I found out my stepfather had dementia as well. So, basically, it was a HUGE burden on me. It was a 24/7 job, and I made the difficult decision to in place her in a nursing home so that she may receive professional 24/7 care. My stepfather moved to NJ to live with his son. I was staying in her Co-Op for a while until I was told by a board member that I was not allowed to live there, since I am not a listed shareholder. I do volunteer work for Goodwill since 2017. Where I met a friend who allowed me to stay at her place until something came along. I would like to apologize ahead of time, should I take some time to respond. It is because I have been working a lot. I am a Service Manager for a new French Brasserie on Park Avenue South. So, there is a lot involved to ensure the success of the restaurant. Also, I have a friend of a friend, who is a housing specialist. He is able to get me something through HRA, an Enhanced One-Shot Deal. Essentially, they will pay 4 months of rent in advance, up to 40% of my salary. But there will be a small amount of paperwork that will need to be filled out by the landlord, this is to ensure that the money will go towards rent and nothing else.
