I am a retired Nurse who occasionally comes into the city during the week to work as a film or TV extra for a few days and usually not on weekends. Quiet, respectful, keep to myself. I work long hours. I respect the home I am in and keep all areas neat and clean. Do not use a lot of electricity or other utilities as I am hardly ever in the apartment except to sleep. This being said, my budget is $500 since I’ll hardly ever be there. Safety is the biggest thing with me working odd hours. 2nd thing is my closet to actually be in the bedroom not in a hallway.
