I work in Newport Beach, am involved in church activities in Irvine, and commute to school in LA, so I would prefer something somewhat centrally located to those areas and close to the 405 or PCH. I keep pretty early hours and I am a quiet and respectful housemate. I keep my space clean and am happy to contribute to household chores. I don't mind sharing groceries or living spaces. I love pets especially large dogs, though I do not have any of my own, nor do I plan on getting one any time soon.
